NASA Spaces Out

Here’s another interesting item about climate change, sent our way by Mike Zaharee. It appears that some of the data about which of the past hundred years or so have been the warmest may have been a bit off. See this post as well.

    Thanks, Andrew. How difficult it is to sort out fact from fiction on this topic, where there is so much hysteria, and so much reactionary prejudice.

    Also, as an American you should be aware that the US authorities claim that all weather station data is adjusted to allow for local conditions - but they refuse to disclose the statistical codes used to make these adjustments!

    Personally I do not at this moment accept the claims of the HAFs (Hot Air Fanatics) but I am wholly in favour of honest science being applied to what *might* be a serious problem.
