Well, here’s something I just found out the hard way: insects can get inside your laptop screen.
I was sitting at the computer, saw a bug crawling across the screen, reached up to knock it away, and ended up squashing it. I went to wipe it off and realized it was behind the clear plastic cover of the LCD screen. There is no way to remove it. It will be there forever.
Low on the scale of human suffering, I know. But awfully annoying.

All that protein just sitting there, uneaten. Sad.
One wants to dispose of dead things. This is curiously irritating.
Gurdjieff would say it’s a good opportunity for inner work.
Think of it this way: you get to watch something evolve before your very eyes.
Just think of it as a Congressman and you’ll feel better!
