Worlds Without Number

Here’s the latest from the Kepler planetary probe: Earth-sized exoplanets. Not in the temperate, ‘habitable’ zone, but we’ve found some of those too. All this after only a couple of years of looking, with a technology that is still in its infancy.

Can anyone really imagine anymore that the galaxy isn’t teeming with Earth-like, watery worlds? Can we really imagine that we are alone?

  3. Jeff, I’m pretty sure the aliens don’t write or call because, to put it bluntly, we’re made out of meat.
