Back in May we had a problem with server-side caching at Bluehost. The symptom was that commenters would see the comment-box pre-populated with the name and email of whoever had commented last. Please let me know if you see this happening again now. (I will be sorely vexed with Bluehost if so.)
To clear the form you can force a refresh by pressing F5 before leaving your comment.

Still seeing “Jason’s” name and email. I tried refreshing the page but it didn’t go away. Shows in both Chrome and IE.

Possibly it’s just a fluke related to the computer I’m using. I haven’t tried your website on any other machines yet.
Hope I didn’t accidentally send a virus through, Malcolm. Unfortunately I’m computer illiterate and quite naÁ¯ve about such things. If I did, I can use a different email next time.
Anyway, your point from the previous thread is well taken. I suspect somebody like the Derb, perhaps a mild white-identity fellow, won’t be lecturing at Harvard any time soon.
