Miss You, Mom

It’s Mother’s Day, so I will take a moment to remember my own mother Alison, now thirteen years gone.

Here’s what I wrote about her just after she died.

    Again, another amazing woman in your life it would seem.

    Just curious: what did your mom discover in regards to the NJ state police? Were female officers more adversely affected by mental and/or physical stress than men, or something like this?
