Don’t Be A Dhimmi, Be a Smarty!

I must apologize to the reader for the lack of variety around here lately; our little clash of civilizations has occupied me almost exclusively in recent days. I’m afraid that this post will not interrupt the streak, but it will be brief: I just want to call attention to an outstandingly informative series of posts about Islamism that our friend Jeffery Hodges has been offering over at his website, The Gypsy Scholar (as proudly featured on our sidebar). You can start with today’s offering about suicide bombing, and work your way backward through the links.

  1. Thanks, Malcolm, for the link. I’ve been reading your blog, too, but various duties prevent me from commenting on people’s blogs these days.

By the way, an extra “e” seems to have slipped into your typing of my name, a typo that happens regularly with my peculiarly spelled name.

    Malcolm,

Our mutual seems to wander as much as I. I was going to warn you that he might correct you but updates overrode. He has one very wary eye. I don’t know how or where he may’ve obtained the necessay software to detect any misspelling of his name, but he keeps it up-to-date and unlike mine, always works and never seems to need upgrading.

Seems he has a thing. But he does keep unusual hours and he operates on the other side of the world. Whether it’s the unusual hours thing, other side of the world thing, or spelling the name thing , I’ve not a clue: however the software seems to work very well. I apologize for the drift.

Of course! And for once I might have got there first, I think.

That spirit of innovation, combined with your ability to spell the word “plaice,” shows that you will go far in life, young man.
