Here’s more good sense about our nation’s demented and obsessive “War on Drugs”, this time from Jack Cafferty:

Someone described insanity as doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result each time. That’s a perfect description of the war on drugs.

Exactly right. (That “someone”, by the way, was Albert Einstein.)
