    That’s quite a body of work. It is also easy to find the origin of the 3rd Amendment, right after the 2nd Amendment, and neatly so. The known appetites of man and his eternal abuse of power run deep in the writings of our Founders and their predecessors. Times change but human nature doesn’t.
