Well, the test does set the bar pretty low.

How do they infer 30,325 from less than 100 words?

  5. @Bill,

    By brute force.

Send along my regards and a Thank You Very Much to Dennis please Malcolm.

Finally I’ve aced an online test!

No. Not this vocabulary one, rather the World Atlas one. (Even got the ‘scorers’ to admonish me, “Slow Down!” Five times!)

But. You (or anybody really) might want to tell the people who, set up the test “they” got the locations of Azerbaijan and Armenia mixed up!

29975. It told me I am Shakespeare, and can make up my own words. I think that’s what they did, because some of those words I had not seen before. Multiple choice rules! ;-) I don’t know how many I missed before I realized the instructions had changed. :-/

But Malcolm’s Bot Test still won’t allow me to make up my own math!

Malcolm, LOL there is a link in the comments – apparently that kind of thinking is more common than it should be. One is too many!

Six minus 1 does not a heart emoticon make <3

  11. Tina,

According to my arithmetical prowess, neither does 6-2 nor 6-3.

You folks are quite good at math. I do dollars and cents best.

  13. Well, Robert, if you can do dollars and cents, you’re doing better than 99% of America’s high school graduates. And 100% better than all the people manning the checkout stations in all brick—and—mortar stores in America.
