The Big Red Button

Here’s one that’s been getting a lot of linkage in the past couple of weeks: a welcoming and inclusive note from firearms instructor Larry Correia to all those folks who didn’t get what they wanted on November 8th — many of whom are just now realizing that government can be scary.

Yes, we’ve known that for some time now. (Over 229 years, in fact.) Welcome aboard.

Larry does have a way with words! It reminds me how out of practice I am with firearms and legalities. I need a refresher course and side arm fit for a senior citizen whose hands tremble slightly on a good day. The old adage “better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6” only goes so far.

    Oh, also:

In an interview with Time magazine announcing him as “Person of the Year,” Trump didn’t go into specifics but signaled that he could find a way to accommodate the Dreamers.

“We’re going to work something out that’s going to make people happy and proud,” Trump told the magazine. “They got brought here at a very young age, they’ve worked here, they’ve gone to school here. Some were good students. Some have wonderful jobs. And they’re in never-never land because they don’t know what’s going to happen.”

M…sometimes winning can be stressful for some people? With The Donald, it is usually a matter of wait 24 hours and re check.
