    This brilliant! How many times have I had a version of this conversation. I have learned to know when a solution was wanted and when sympathy or at least an ear was wanted.

    This is the most important lesson a man needs to learn in dealing with women. Most of the time they don’t want solutions. Actually, if they want to fix a problem, they can be very creative. So I just let it go and listen. (I’m also over 70)
