No Pain, No Gain

This just in: as of 2014, the U.S. armed forces are to begin phasing out their traditional physical-fitness programs in favor of a new, full-body conditioning system, which has already shown dramatic effects after being adopted by police forces in the U.K. and Sweden.

  1. Do not scoff prematurely. The troops using “Prancercise” may be able to subdue the enemy by inducing ROTFLMAO leading to death-by-laughter.

  2. I suppose this was to be expected after “Dancercise,” but what about “Dashercise” and the moves perfected by the remaining five or six reindeer?

    But, can it be done for the 3 mile formation run (with seabags) that it takes to get outta boot.

    At least that’s the distance it used to take. Judging from some of the “portly” recruits I’ve seen recently – the Navy maybe has loosened the reqs.
