    Malcolm — saw your post about Glenn Gould’s 1981 Goldberg Variations. Just last week I happened to watch this 2009 documentary: Genius Within: The Inner Life of Glenn Gould.

    The movie spends time on his series of Canadian audio portraits done for the CBC in the late 60’s.
    Here is one: The Idea of North. Deep Klondike culture and you won’t need Ambien ever again.

    Then there was his fascination with Petula Clark. Who’d-a thunk it? Only the first 12 minutes seems to be available, but it really is cool:
