    Very interesting read Malcolm! Several years ago I read a book that highlights many of these same differences between Western democracies and much of the rest of the world, minus the HBD discussion, yet coming to the same conclusions using historical data.

    The late General Odom was a profoundly brilliant intelligence analyst and former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency and a former NSA director in the Reagan administration.
