Here’s a savory morsel: a class-action suit, filed by Democratic voters, against the DNC and the gratifyingly beleaguered Debbie Wasserman Schultz for their conspiratorial malfeasance during last year’s primary season.
Thanks to our indefatigable JK for the tip.

Hey Malcolm, care to elaborate to us “not so keen on eh, whas thet?”
Reckon it’s just possible it wasn’t the Russians “hacked the election” but rather the Pakistanis – or elements thereof?
Yo One-Eyed!
This is one of your haunts ain’t it?

JK, I guess everything else “not Trump” will get swept under the rug. It’s hard to see how a party like the Dems can become a majority governing party again with only two factions: the Left and the quiet. With a construct like that, they will be better suited to rule as opposed to govern. At least the Rs have multiple factions which can broaden their appeal, but alas, these multiples don’t see eye to eye on much and therefore can’t govern well if at all.
Possible solution? Federalism…yuuugely! I think I spelled that right.

Bubbling up
Gee Whitewall, I’m kinda (kinda) envious of your “enjoying” more regular access than I.
You mighta block-quoted this sentence though, as was my intention before I landed here:
Where’s One-Eyed lately? Generally I can manage without him but, given his own peevesmanship with our own glaring stuff I was figuring – counting on actually – he’d be the first to elucidate for the benefit of us deplorables.
Peter? (That’s One-Eyed’s actual given name as it happens – purely I espect, coincidentally.) Where you at?
Jk, I cover a lot of ground because I have a dedicated staff of lay abouts! There needs to be a lot of stepping down in Congress on both sides. I have fired people for smaller failures than these clowns.
