In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, nor to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better. When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity. To assent to obvious lies is to co-operate with evil, and in some small way to become evil oneself. One’s standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed. A society of emasculated liars is easy to control. I think if you examine political correctness, it has the same effect and is intended to.
Don’t let them do this to us. Don’t give in.

Right on. We have to fight, and keep fighting, and fight until we are totally incapable of fighting. Even if, in the end, that means only that we will not let them into our souls… That we inwardly insist that NO, 2 and 2 is not 5. And they will in the end use our own failings and shame against us, just like in Room 101. What will we do at that point? That is when we’ll need God, as Something beyond our own wretched selves that can stand against their lies and sadism. So it is an exercise, a test. So obviously! Things are coming to a point of great clarity: God, or else total destruction of everything we know and feel to be true and good and beautiful.
I’ve been studying Comte recently and I can’t help but consider his advocacy of a social science that is independent of the methodology of the natural sciences infers the former’s non-contingency with the latter. This “excuse” of not requiring an integration permits this stupid mendacity to percolate the academies and then the culture at large.
Obviously this is not the prime mover but a key ingredient in mediocre academics and intellectuals who cannot see the logic to the cultural promulgation of gender valuations which are affixed to the latent, unmoving, naturalness of sexual dimorphism; and then which is blindly adopted by true believers or the unthinking masses who have blind faith in the academies.
Or they are just plain dumb. 🤷”♂ï¸
