    A punitive personal rate of total taxation at 50 percent. They’ll call it socialism and the people of America will delude themselves into thinking that they are free when in fact, they will be living in a socialist country where one half will garner some form of sustenance from gubmint. (They’ll spell it different then, they’ll be stupit.)
