What the hell’s going on in Russia? From the breathless coverage, you’d think it was a straight-up Wagner mutiny against MoD, with Prigozhin playing the role of Caesar, and already well across the Rubicon. But my sources (and I have some good ones) say that is way too pat. Yes, this is Russia, so sometimes chaos and dysfunction are simply that — but something very interesting is happening.

It looks scripted, to an almost comical degree.
The timeline seems to be speeding up, what with the non stop torrent of whistleblower testimony in regards to Hunter, and ultimately Joe’s, total personal and political corruption, and the degree to which multiple agencies have worked full time covering all of it up for years, while hitting Trump with one phony charge after another, as well as the full blown transmania that has swallowed the entire establishment.
One way or another, this summer will be interesting, possibly even terrifying.
Yes, Dave – agreed. One thing tumbling over another. The massive distraction caused all week by that deep-sea search, while the Navy knew all along what had happened, was another example.
There’s definitely some blood in the water now with the latest Biden revelations – even the normally fawning WH press corps were attacking in unison on Friday, while all Kringe could do was stonewall.

I don’t know what to make of this multi act performance. What I wonder about is the morale of the 19 year old conscript sitting with his comrades in Russian trenches inside Ukraine wondering with all the news he is absorbing, just why should he be there?
