   Okay, I didn’t. But nobody told me to. Also, I didn’t have a government grant to build it, so where was I supposed to get the money to get started building? You think money grows on trees, that I can just go out and pluck it off the branches? Hell, no! Money is printed by the government, so that’s the place to get some. But you still can’t just go pick some up. Nuh-uh. You gotta fill out forms and make up justifications, and that’s too much work.

   Now, you see why I didn’t build it?
