After months of training and preparation, our friend Kevin Kim is now beginning his transcontinental walk, whose theme is interreligious dialogue. He’ll be starting his journey in British Columbia, and heading east. We can follow his progress at his website, Kevin’s Walk.
This should be interesting.

Thanks, Malcolm! The day started out cloudy and a bit rainy in Blain, but it’s sunny and gorgeous here now. I hope to have some substantial news in a day or so.

Before long, Kevin, I have a feeling you are going to be substantial news.
I’ve walked over 1,000 miles a year for about 10 years now -I average some 3-4 miles a day or just over 100 miles a month. It seems to do me much more good than I would have expected… tho I am still over weight…
I shall look forward to keeping track of Kev’s progress. I hope to see a map of where he has been and hopes to go…So to get a sense of place and distance…Thanks Mac-I shall join his blog ASAP to cheer him on.
That’s good, Pat. I’m sure he needs all the moral support he can get.
Whoa– I misspelled “Blaine”!
