    It seems like if the guy at the top decides to get more light, then the guys at the bottom get less. But I guess that can be worked out in time.

    Well Dom, there’ll be advantages for the guy at the bottom – since the lights’re gonna be using sunlight – might as well power ’em with photovoltaics. And how does one get photovoltaics to “perform” better?

    Rock and Roll of course. Just put the sound system on the ground floor.
