I’ll follow on my previous post by saying that, regardless of how persuasive the statistical, anecdotal, testimonial, technological, and other indicators of election fraud may be, none of it matters unless those litigating the claims produce a coherent and consistent case, with hard evidence sufficient to convince the courts and state legislatures to alter the existing vote-counts in favor of the President, or to discard them altogether and invoke other procedures for settling the matter. We’ve been hearing a lot about soon-to-be-dropped “bombshells”, and “releasing the Kraken” — but just as with all the rest of the spectacular corruption that’s come to light over the past four years, from Hillary’s emails, to Spygate, to the revelations of the Biden family’s perfidy, nothing ever seems to come of any of it.
Time is of the essence here. Yes, we will all “hang in there”, as I exhorted us to do yesterday — it really does appear, quite overwhelmingly, that this election was anything but clean — but now would be a good time, please, for us to see some of those bombshells actually detonating, or some tentacles in the water.

I think we have to face the fact that Biden is almost certainly ultimately going to be declared the winner, and that the probability is that the Democrats will have gotten away with stealing the election. Whether for good or ill, there is not going to be any significant uprising against this result (beyond grumbling), and by the 2024 election, the Democrats will have rigged things so that Republicans will not even be able to come as close to winning as Trump did, even if millions of dim-witted suburban Biden voters come to realize, in the next four years, that they’ve been conned.
It’s not a good sign that Trump chose the creepy, clownish, out-of-touch, past-his-sell-by-date Rudy Giuliani to be his point man on challenging the vote counts, but I’m not sure choosing someone more competent would have made a difference. The country really does have a ruling class, and about 90% of it is united against Trump. How that could be beaten, I don’t know.

This is what most refer to as circumstantial evidence (except perhaps the testimonial). Of course, almost all evidence is circumstantial, including DNA and fingerprints. There is no rule of law that says only direct evidence is admissible, and in most cases direct evidence is uncommon. Assuming they have all you describe, it certainly is a pretty convincing case.
But, as djf says, with 90% of the elite class against you, it is going to be difficult. It is hard enough to get a significant number of people to believe a man is not a woman just because he says so. I imagine with the forces arrayed against declaring a fraudulent election it will be unlikely to succeed. The question is, if they get away with the steal what will anyone do about it?
